Redemption Style is the perfect little shop that combines trends with vintage pieces while strongly supporting local designers, located in the eclectic Broad Ripple, Redemption is a great destination for the gal who's looking for a one stop shop from head to toe (yes, they have a hair salon on the second floor of the store!) with a friendly price range!!
I spoke with Amber Davis Huber, the owner of the boutique and put together a quick Q&A:
Q: What's the style of the girl who shops at Redemption?
A: There are two different characters; one is a mix of English huntsmen combined with the tribal hunter; the other is a Bohemian chic combined with a feminine nostalgic and romantic feel.
Q: What's the big trend for fall?
A: (we'll have a lot of) printed denim, faux fur, floral prints in neutral colors and a cinched waist.
Q: What's the price range of Redemption Style?
A: For dresses $38-$80; Denim $88-$148, Shoes and jewelry average $50.
The best sellers are the unique little dresses, they have them available in every style you can think of. My favorite part is the support the boutique gives to local jewelry designers such as Gary Stephens whom also provides vintage pieces from his private label Ganesha & Gary, Amanda Estridge and Made by Wendy. Other names in the vintage selection include Minx Vintage and Katie Marple.
The front sign is made from a bed head board, recycling anyone?!
