iTube: The Heatless curls + Cachos sem babyliss ou chapinha!

Both videos are the same just different language. It's an experiment I did with these soft curlers that don't use any heat at all, I'm showing on the videos the way I do to speed up the process in which I do blow dry my hair with a hot blow drier but it's not a necessary step, you just have to keep the rollers longer if your hair is cold but the results will be the same!

I bought my rollers at Amazon.com, but youcan probably find them on local drugstore or beauty supply store. If not, here's the link:

Annie Soft Twist Rollers 1 1/4"

Pra quem ta afim de fazer cachinhos sem fritar o cabelitcho!!! Sao necesarias algumas horinhas pra ele ficar bem definido!

I got the blog back on track but my life is still far from being back to normal!!! I'm having family and guests visiting throughout the whole summer so I'm busy getting the house back in shape! Hopefully I'll be posting more sometime soon. Thanks for understanding!!!

iTube: The Smoky Eye!

Today's video is about the smoky eye, I absolutely love it for any occasion, a lighter or stronger version would be the variant but either way the smoky eye is a must know when it comes to make up!

On my video I'm using a brown palette by MAC and I usually recommend warmer pallets for brown, hazel and green eyes and cooler palettes for blue, gray and black eyes. That doesn't mean you're stuck with these colors for life, I'm all for being trendy and trying new things, these are just the most complimentary colors for your eyes ;)

This is a BAD screen shot from the video, just so you can see what's going to look like!

Enough of bla bla bla and let's get to the make up!!!

   Products used:
MAC eye primer in medium
MAC smoky eye palette in brown shades (mine is so old there's not even a color name, but any hues that appeal to you will work)
Lancome brown pencil in sable (for top lid)
Mac eye pencil in stubborn brown (for lower lid and inside eye-lines)
Lancome Doll Lashes mascara
Make-up brushes

As always, thank you my beautiful supporters!

iTube: How to do a hair bump by Karina Reske

If you've seen me more than twice chances are you've seen THE BUMP! Hehehe yeah, that's one of those things that are sort of a part of me already if that makes sense.

I have to admit it's a love and hate type of relationship I have with my bump as I only go for it when I'm having a bad hair day or when my hair is dirty and I don''t feel like washing, which happens a lot back home in Indy, and especially when I'm visiting my parents in Brazil, hello humidity!!!! I hate you!!! Sorry, had to vent ;)

I also have a few friends whom love my bump and some others who don't miss a chance to make fun of it, that includes asking me if I'm planning to steal food from a party when my bump was slightly bigger than usual! Not funny Manu :D

Anyway, today I'm here to teach you how I do my bump and get you to try some different techniques so you can have fun on your "dirty days" too!!

iTube: My first makeup tutorial...highlight and bronze yourself!!

Hahaha! Ok, don't laugh too hard now, you should save some laughs for the video!

Apart from the fact that I'm VERY inexperienced with video editing and such I thought the info was pretty relevant and with the help of my BFF I know I'll eventually master the video editing thing...or not, only time will tell! But please be gentle on your critics as I have a heart too:)

This is a makeup tutorial about how to use the illuminator or highlighter and the bronzer to help shape up your face.

*Note: I'm not a professional but have been doing my own makeup and my friends' for years, so if you are a pro feel free to give us all pro tips, these ones are from a girl just like you!!!

**Here's a list of the products and colors I used on the video:

- Clinique Moisture Surge (tinted moisturizer SPF15) in Medium
- Magic Lumi - Light infusing primer by L'oreal
- Lancome blush in Shimmer Mocha Havanna ( you can use any bronzer you already have, as long as it's darker than your skin color)
- Chanel ombre d'eau in 737 Riviera (what I called peach in the video)
- Physicians Formula powder palette minerals glow pearls in 5J Bronze Pearls
- Bobbi brown blush in flame 4
- L'oreal power volume collagen

Hope you got a kick out of it and once again feedback is appreciated.
